Aspen

2005 KWPN MARE by Flemmingh/Phoenix/Incognito

USDF Region 6 AA Training Level Champion

In 2010, Aspen was the USDF Region 6 AA Training Level Champion with a median score of 72%.  That same year, she was 10th in the USDF HOY standings.  A heartbreaking injury will keep her out of the show ring, but she is a wonderful broodmare producing professional quality offspring with easy going temperaments.

Aspen's sire, Flemmingh, was the USEF #1 Dressage Sire in 2006 and 2007.  The KWPN has named him the highest ranking of Preferent for his contribution to Dutch Warmblood breeding in Holland.  His offspring are highly successful in dressage at any level because they are very eager learners, like to work, move very easily and well.

Her dam is KWPN, Phoenix by Incognito. Her pedigree combines top jumper lines (Lucky Boy, Joost and Abgar) and the successful international Grand Prix horse, Aktion.  Aktion brings a lot of power and ability for the highly collected movements.  Phoenix has been a consistent producer of good moving dressage horses with very good temperaments that can be ridden successfully in the show ring by amateurs.

Aspen has a full sister, BelAir who has also won Regionals and was 6th in USDF HOY with all scores in the mid-70's.  Her other half siblings have also been Champion or Reserve Champions in USDF & Regional Championships.

OFFSPRING

Aspen had a gorgeous long legged colt by Bugatti Hilltop on April 15, 2013.  Izaak was rated First Premium at the KWPN-NA inspection, tying in points with the highest scoring foal at the inspection.

Aspen's 2014 colt by Harmonys Rousseau is an exceptional colt.  Jasper MM is wonderfully uphill with a free shoulder and expressive hind end.
